Color: Ruby, Rim: Reddish-Brown, Meniscus: Thin, Weight (Viscosity): Thin, Nose: Slightly Medicinal, Sour Cherries, Hint of Grape Laffy Taffy, Taste: Grapefruit, Peach, Pepper, Tart Cherries, Acidity: Sharp, Mid-palate, Late, Tannins: Medium, Mid-palate, Late, Sweetness Level: Dry, Early, Mid-palate, Late, Finish: Long, Slightly Acidic yet Smooth. 5 1/2 hour decant.

This was an odd duck Port for me. I don't have a lot of experience with Warre's, but I was expecting something a little more floral and feminine. The bottle wasn't bad, but it was a lot drier than I was expecting. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it. I would recommend a much longer decant then my time of 5 1/2 hours as this drank better on Day 2 versus Day 1. This is a nice, pleasant although different Port. 91 points
