I was rather surprised to realise that I have not previously originated a note on this wine..

Quaffed a week or so ago, it being just over a year since my previous encounter.

This is still a very young wine by my reckoning, but like other '91's does not punish you for drinking it now; the tannins being fairly docile.

This is good juice - not just cheap, but a very respectable player that has a little more to offer, and will probably still be drinking well in another 30 years.

Score 5-6..? Perhaps I am being unkind..
