1970 Taylors

After being a little disappointed with the previous bottle of this I'd had I was looking forward to seeing how this one fared.

I needn't have worried. It was full of delicious flavors like plum, apricot jam, coffee and milk chocolate. The tannins were lovely and soft and there was just the right amount of heat showing late on.

I'm not qualified to judge whether this will improve any further with more age, but I'd happily drink this all day every day just as it is right now.

Decanted for 2 hours, and then finished over the course of the next 24.
