Symington Family Estates. Deep red in colour, 80% opaque. Little on the nose. Restrained fruit and a lack of balance on the initial palate, awkwardly acidic. Generous fruit and assertive tannins on the palate. There is a big finish with a long and persistent aftertaste. 84/100. Drunk 24 April 2013 at the 2007 LBV post BFT offline.
