So that would be a no, because Mourão is Quinta
do Mourão.
10 Years Old, Quinta da Romaneira? (Do they even make whites?)

An excellent guess, and perhaps a good memory since the current releases of white Mourãos are I believe the 50yr and the 90yr; I do indeed have a bottle of the Mourão 60yr white, however that is not the bottle I have opened (and now mostly consumed).
Not 60yr.
Not Mourão.

Yes, it is 30yr
Not Kopke (guessed previously, and not a "Quinta da").
(Not a half-bottle - though it's not a 70/75cl either...)

I can’t guess yet. Someone else needs to guess before me.

Winner
It is/was indeed the 30yr old white from Quinta da Devesa; I couldn't help but notice the proximity to both Casa Santa Eufemia and Quinta do Mourao; perhaps a small golden White triangle around there (no, I couldn't tell from looking where Dalva grow/obtain the grapes used in their Golden Whites; I wonder whether it is anywhere close? anyone with answers, please let us know).

I'm very proud right now. More importantly, how was it?

nope you're not catching me out like that; if I answer you say "correct, your question" (we've been there before!). That said, I will soon be posting a tasting note which may be of interest
Still your question

Drats!
In which case, from the tastings by tpf in the
last year (and data available), what was special about the tasting on
Monday 7th October 2019?

Hmmm. No.
First clue: This mathematical question shall require will and determination to solve.
Only
Tuesday 28th January 2020 and
Thursday 13th July 2019 are other non-trivial solution to this during the last year.

The determinant of the matrix for the scores on the evening mentioned in the question is 50, whereas the determinants of the other two evenings' scores are both -6. I'm not sure if this helps.
Guess: the determinant of the scores matrix for the evening was even?
