2011 Confraria do Vinho do Porto

The blended vintage port made from contributions from members. Hollow on the nose. Modest fruit on the palate and a decent tannin load. Dry and woody aftertaste and finish. A gentle and pleasant port. 86/100. Drunk 24-Jun-16.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
