Mid red and mature looking; 50% opaque. VA on the nose overwhelms all other smells. The VA dominates the palate too although there is some chocolate in the finish. The second bottle was little better. Not Rated.

Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
