NV Sandeman Tawny 20YO (bottled 2017)

Bottled 2017. Salmon pink in colour, 10% opaque. Muted on the nose; nice smooth texture on the palate with caramelised orange flavours on the palate ad a honeyed sweetness. Intense orange on the aftertaste and a slightly sticky finish. Interestingly, on this day I preferred the 10yo. 88/100. Drunk 04-Apr-17.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: Quinta das Carvalhas 80YO Tawny
