NV Sequeirinha White

Sequeirinha is the brand name used by the wine producing firm of the Sequeira family. The family made vintage port in 2004, 2011 and 2012 and submitted a 2015 cask sample for approval.

Pale gold in colour with a lovely nose of peach fruit. Smooth and thick in texture on entry with just a hint of petrol at first, which is quickly overwhelmed by a huge wave of tropical fruit. The finish is lovely, with lots of sweet candied pineapple. 85/100. 24-May-17.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
