NV Kopke White 10YO (bottled 2016)

Bottled December 2016. Honey colour, 5% opaque. Little on the nose other than a hint of plastic resin. Neutral at first on the palate, then some honey and some tobacco. Late on the palate this develops more flavour to show some pear and pineapple. The finish is nice, but this strikes me as being a bit of an acquired taste. 86/100. 06-Nov-17.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
