25% opacity. Didn't write a note, but from memory, lighter than would be expected of a '77 from magnum, lacked backbone, a bit flabby and simple.

A mature soft red colour, 50% opaque. Lovely fruit dominated nose, lots of raspberry and sherbet. Gentle balanced entry, softly concentrated fruit on the palate; a lovely rich palate with really nice complexity. Fresh and lively fruit dominates and dances over the tongue. Fresh fruit aftertaste and a very long strawberry sherbet finish - sweet but without being overly sweet. Really impressive and very, very long. 92/100.
