Excellent idea Mike, I was thinking only earlier today of suggesting something very similar. I am in.

Regret non-availability due to being in Madeira scouting out stuff. Have fun!

With five of us confirmed, I’ll book the Green Room instead, as it doesn’t feel like we’ll get many more takers.

I'm a possible yes; not sure at the moment but might get a domestic pass since Wednesday is Mrs B's night out with the girls.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.
2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

I have so much sympathy for you guys. Definintely you should have this random evening of port-tasting. Definitely. And Julian should definitely go. You poor lads. Don't continue to feel unsettled. That's not a pleasant thing. So, go taste, take notes, and be more settled. Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy!

Let’s do it blind. I think this is Harry’s first visit to TPF, so blind will give him a chance to see first hand how crap we are at guessing wines

Excellent. Hopefully this time I can get 77 & 85 into the correct (non-reversed) decades. Although not at all confident...

Confirmed to Organiser by PM but unable to make it (even though in plain sight I hadn’t noticed it was on a Weds and Wednesday’s are generally difficult for me). Enjoy!
