NV Kopke White 10YO (bottled 2020)

50% Viosinho, 20% Malvasia Fina, 15% Gouveio, 15% Sercial. Bottled 2020. Pale apricot in colour, 10% opaque. Served very cold this showed little on the nose. Apricots on the palate with a surprising dryness and even some tannins coating the teeth. Chewy canned apricot finish. 87/100. Drunk 29-Feb-20. Decanting time N/K.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: Quinta das Carvalhas 80YO Tawny
