I was just glancing through the port at the last sotheby's auction and i noticed the noval 97 went for 120$ including buyers premium.
I never realized any of the 97s had even broke the 100$.
Was noval the wine of the vintage in 97?

Yes. It usually commands ridiculous prices. Retail price in the UK, if you could find it, would be about £100 per bottle

In Germany you will hardly find a bottle below 120 EUR. All due to the Scoring.
