Nose: distinct note of victoria plum crumble.
Palate: attractive warm rich red and black fruits jostling quite aggressively in a mixed fruit cobbler
Finish: warm and rich black fruits, pleasing hint of prune at the end.
I certainly wouldn't have spotted it as Croft blind, but a very good bottle, and, unlike the previous half from the same case, with ample time to go.
