From the Symington Family Estates holdings in Alentejo. Opened about 30 minutes before being drunk.
A lovely deep wine with a good roundess and butteriness to the mouthfeel; good lemon flavours and acidity keep the mouth fresh and accentuate the depth of flavour. This is a very good wine which will give a number of white Burgundies a run for their money. At £11.83 in bond or £16 duty paid, this is a wine I will happily buy more of. It went extremely well with a stir fried chicken in oyster sauce. 89/100. Drunk 15-Oct-20. Decanted ½ hour.
