From half bottle. 30 minute decant.

Faint mint on the nose, with a berry substrate.

Sweet berries, and then meaty (literally, as in reminiscent of the barbecued steak I had yesterday), palate. More attractive than that sounds as a drink, however.

Fair bit of fire on the finish, before subsiding into some slightly lumpy tannins.

Decant this one for longer in future.
