24 hour decant, stored stoppered in 'fridge.
This is such a pretty port, cherry red.
Pine resin, and a cape gooseberry note, and then black cherries on nose.
Sweet red cherries on the palate, a little star anise late.
Finish congruent but not lengthy. Really nice port but not profound.
12 hour decant seems about right for this one.
