Those who have been to the Xmas bash will know that I can source the most excellent steaks from a butcher who is also a good friend of mine.Gary (the Manager) is trying to source alternative steaks - he'll try and let me know tomorrow.
Could easily arrange supplies from Burtons of Saffron Walden and bring them with me..
..would be easier if they were all the same cut though - 12oz fillets say - or larger perhaps..?
