Bottled unfiltered, a field blend from old vines. Fresh fruit on the nose, a delicious perfumed bramble. The bramble fruit dominates the entry, fruit forward with a nice structure and good, well balanced tannins giving a great chew to the palate. A lovely bramble finish makes this a very easy and very enjoyable drinker. 87/100. Decanted 1 hour. Tasted 25-Nov-2021.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
