Bricking
Bricking
I've seen the term "bricking" being used several times now. What does it mean? Is it a reference to a "brick colour" and if so, what colour would that be? The colour of the old-fashioned rustbrown/reddish bricks?

Re: Bricking
"rustbrown/reddish " spot on. but I use it to refer to the rim ...10Anos wrote:I've seen the term "bricking" being used several times now. What does it mean? Is it a reference to a "brick colour" and if so, what colour would that be? The colour of the old-fashioned rustbrown/reddish bricks?
so you'll see some wines where it's dark red in the middel but towards the rim you'll see a rust brown reddish color.
