NV Churchill Tawny 20YO (bottled 2021)

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

Bottled 2021. One of the bottles included in the Port Club packs under the category "The Right Time".

NV Churchill 20YO (bottled 2021). Honey and butterscotch on the nose. Gentle flavours on the palate, honey and lime with the acidity balancing the sweetness. Soft and gentle flavours. A little menthol on the finish, which is otherwise focused on a lovely floral light honey. Not bad at all. 88/100. 23-Nov-21. Decanted 1 hour.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
