70% opaque, gradually fading from deep red to pale rim

Enormous nose of dusty red cherries at first, then a merest hint of something darker.

Congruent palate. Sweet compote of cherries but then with some interesting cherry stone notes and good acidity which keeps the interest up.

Cherries still on the dry finish. A little sachertorte note.

Delicious wine.
