From Quinta do Cadão, produced by Mateus & Sequeira Vinhos. 5,000 bottles. Bright red colour. Opaque. Fragrant nose, flowers and black fruit. Smooth texture, nice fresh red fruit and gentle tannins. Nice gentle but green grip on the fruit of the aftertaste. Light and gentle. Will age with elegance and refinement based on the fresh acidity. 86/100. Tasted 09-Jun-22.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
