I'll be in London for a conference and might get called to dinner (view this as unlikely). If not, I'll happily attend but all I have is lots of Graham's 2013. If adoption is preferred by the team, I can do that.

Sadly can no longer make this one. Have fun, I think there could well be some excellent crusted on show.

Sorry - will have to pull out.
Got hit by a car whilst cycling at the weekend. Nothing broken but a little sore and bruised. Told to rest up for a few days.

Really sorry to hear that, but relieved it’s nothing too serious. Get well soon.

Usually in my household crusted is pop-and-pour, probably a side-effect of its mis-reputation as junior vintage. But when should we decant? As for VP? (I.e., open night before, decant lunchtime-ish.)

Won't have an opportunity tomorrow, so will be double decanting late this evening.

My understanding was that George was adopting from Alex. Assuming that so, does anybody else have a spare crusted that George could adopt?

I have the Churchill Crusted 2006 and 2007. Happy to bring both if that helps out? @GEAG??

Just spotted instruction on Churchills to “decant before serving”, so have done so. Just as well, as both had driven corks and loads of heavy sediment.

I was potentially looking to have to drop out of this tasting on the grounds that I’ve a lot going on and am unlikely to be there much before 7.30pm. However, given there have already been a few recent drop-outs, I won’t add to them but, as I say, my eta will be about 7.30 and so if someone would ensure my glasses are filled that would be appreciated.

That was super jolly fun. Thank you all for listening patiently to my wittering. That Taylor Crusted bottled 1964 was really very pretty.
