NV Quinta da Fonte Nova Tawny 40YO (bottled 2021)

Tasted at LaDo.

Quinta da Fonte Nova 40yo, bottled 2021. Deep brick red colour, 30% opaque. Big nose showing some alcohol and râncio with a bit of red clove. Red clove and cinnamon on the palate, candied cherry; lovely long finish, intense and honeyed finish. Sweet and lovely. 90/100. Tasted 25-Jun-22.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
