Bottled 2022. A warm honey orange colour. Gentle orange blossom nose, delicate and gentle. Some back one to the wine, surprising tannins hiding in the honey and grapefruit. There is bitterness but also honey. The bitter oil settles on the aftertaste and persists for a long, long time. Good Port. 88/100. 21-Feb-23.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
