NV Kopke White 50YO (bottled 2022)

Drunk at dinner at Solar do Forcado in Portalgre.

Half bottle, filled in 2022. Lovely nose of honey and dried apricot. Tropical fruit on the palate, nicely balanced with good acidity keeping the honey floating over the tongue. Mango and lychee finish. Delicious. 94/100. Drunk 11-Oct-22. Pop 'n' pour.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: Quinta das Carvalhas 80YO Tawny
