10% opacity, straw yellow. Almonds on the nose. Soft, smooth chewy almond and vanilla. Seems like a bottle that has started to oxidise, but perhaps only recently.

Completely yellow-orange. Pure citrus with a eucalyptus note. Orange oil. Delicious but no longer really port.

A very pale gold colour, 10% opaque. Oxidised on the nose, smelling more like brandy than Port; definitely not attractive. Better on the palate than on the nose. A lightweight tawny but with an ever-present layer of oxidation. Not Rated
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
