NV São Leonardo 60YO tawny, bottled in 2017. Based on a blend of 1948 and 1972 colheitas. Pop and pour. Fabulous red pear and caramel on the nose. A lovely balance on the palate, cola flavours and a gentle tannic grip. Wonderful cola finish that lasts for minutes. 97/100. Drunk 02-Mar-24. Pop 'n' pour
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
