Sandeman 1960, bottled in the UK by an unknown bottler. Rich brick red colour with a pale rim; 30% opaque. A touch of bottle stink gives a dirtiness to the nose. Nicely balanced enty, fragrant rose hip and bitter red berry. Lovely berries with a ripeness to balance the bitterness. The berries last wonderfully but then fade at a moderately quick pace. 89/100. Tasted 23-Jul-2024.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
