70% opaque, red rim

Cool fruit nose - the TN doing its blueberry thing - but there’s also a licorice breadth to it which promises much.

Palate has a rich dried fruit entry but then bursts with passion fruit, mango and lime notes before subsiding through redcurrant to a chocolate cherries in kirsch finish and, very late, a hint of tannin.

This is arresting, thrilling, port, if somewhat atypical.
