1908 Taylor

Wine 7, Taylor 1908. Very mature, pale amber colour. A little oxidised on the nose but better on the palate - although still slightly oxidised. A very pleasant concentrated red berry reduction. Gentle but delightfully lingering. 89/100. Drunk on 12-Dec-2024 at the 2024 Port Forum Christmas Tasting of The Unknown Shipper and His Peculiar Friends.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
