My bottle decanted at 1900 tonight. Will have two hours in decanter before going back into the bottle.

QA sample OK.

My bottle decanted into its carrying container at 2015 19/02/25. QA sample ok.

[Updated to make clear that carrying container is airtight and that it was sealed immediately and the wine refrigerated overnight and wil be until this afternoon.]

Harry mentioned HTWH Seven, then told me to stick to the original placemats. I have, obviously, obediently, indeed submissively, entirely heeded his actual wishes.

Mike told me that the blind-guessing sheet was mysteriously absent. Remedied.

Harry has recently grumbled to me that we over-decant. So I will open and decant at about midday on Wednesday.

If this isn’t controversial then I will be unhappy. I.e., it would be controversial for this not to be controversial. I.e., professional logicians are assured of work.

…and Vac-U-Vined once back in bottle. So, hopefully the equivalent of a 2-hour decant.

Many thanks Harry and Julian for sorting this one out. Plenty of niche interest and very much enjoyable.

Is there a score sheet listing all of the 18 wines and how they placed? I'm curious what was served.
