75% opaque

Muted nose with some chocolate orange peel.

Palate has sweet strawberry and chocolate and prune and dried fig and a nice note of vinaigrinho to keep the richness from becoming too much.

Long evolving finish - perhaps 30 seconds.

This is really pretty good. Would be a great port to drink a bottle of at a sitting with a good pudding and three friends.

Have just looked at my note from three years ago. It’s quite a different wine. Different demijohn!
