The Cr03 was decanted, via an unbleached muslin cloth, at Newcastle Central station at 0735 on 18/3/25. The QA sample proved promising, and the contents of the decanter were placed under vacuum at 1145.

Nose is full of fudge. Fruit bomb on entry - a blackberry compote. Some minerality in the mid palate and a nice drying tannic finish. A touch of pepper late. Good.
