W03 decanted at 0900. Sample suggests all is well.

So far, every 2003 from SFE that I have opened has an additional plastic shrink-sealed capsule beneath the black metal capsule.

Toffee and strawberries on the nose. Plenty of strawberries and milk chocolate on the palate, washed away by plenty of tannic grip. A little eucalyptus and pepper in the finish. V good.
