Color: Medium Burnt Orange, Rim: Hint of Yellow, Meniscus: None, Weight (Viscosity): Medium, Nose: Burnt Sugar, Light Caramel, Touch of Milk Chocolate, Cigar Ash, Faint whiff of Vanilla, Taste: Charred Wood, Crème Brulee, Lime, Light Maple Syrup, Marmalade, Oak, Orange Rind Late on the Finish, Pepper, Acidity: Medium, Tangy Acidity Late & Lingering, Tannins: Light, Mid-palate, Sweetness Level: Little, Early, Mid-palate, Finish: Long, Acidic but not unpleasant,

This is what I'd call a nice, serviceable 20 year-old Tawny. It's inexpensive, pleasant and drinks well enough in a pinch. There's nothing flashy about it at all but I wouldn't turn away a glass if it was offered. It drinks better after a few days in the decanter. I'd give it 89 points
