Oporto bottled. Pale bronze in colour, 20% opaque. Richly spiced red fruit on the nose. Medium bodied with some lovely mature fruit. A little dried out on a re-taste but these is still plenty of fully mature fruit. Spiced apple aftertaste and an aniseed finish. Rather delicious and fully mature. 89/100.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
