The bottle about to be double decanted. Acquired from Berry Brothers in St James on 20th February 2006, priced at £128. Ex BBR cellar stock.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

An excellent colour. Good crunchy licorice-infused palate. Almost brutally full at first - needed air and a fair bit of swirling. Flowering later, with lovely spice.
