A bottle picked up as part of a mixed lot, so cost only a few £s.
Opened March 2026 and finished over a few days.
Assume (based on back-label) this is a 2005 or 2015 bottling?
T-stopper cork disintegrated and had to do a proper decant, which was good as had loads of heavy sediment.
Almost black still. Plenty of dark fruit on both nose and palette, and very much in balance. Still some remaining tannin. Actually quite tasty and much better than anticipated.
