Re: BBR on TV in the UK
Is there a way that non-Britons can see this program?
Re: BBR on TV in the UK
Normally you can go to the web site for 'BBC four' and once the programme has aired on TV you can watch on your computer. I don't know if there are any oevrseas restrictions.

Yes there are restrictions. The service isn't available outside the UK due to legal stuff.ajfeather wrote:Normally you can go to the web site for 'BBC four' and once the programme has aired on TV you can watch on your computer. I don't know if there are any oevrseas restrictions.
Re: BBR on TV in the UK
Vicky Williams at BBR says that it should be free on the BBC’s iPlayer as of tomorrow. If it isn’t she will send me a DVD, which I promised to forward to others.

Re: BBR on TV in the UK
Just checked, it is indeed on the iPlayer, but only available inside the UK. So, if you have an IP-address which is non-UK (like mine), this will not work.
Re: BBR on TV in the UK
Please could a UK person post a link?

I’ll call tomorrow.
If they send me a DVD, to whom should it be forwarded?

Sending it around may not work - DVDs are typically region encoded, so one from England won't play on a DVD player in the US and vice versa, etc.

I’ll ask BBR what they have. If they have separate regions, or regionless, I’ll act as appropriate.

Any region will do for me, my DVD player accepts them all. I can pick up a copy when in NY.jdaw1 wrote:I’ll ask BBR what they have. If they have separate regions, or regionless, I’ll act as appropriate.
