The following prices are typical UK offer prices for 2007 vintage ports In Bond.
At the current rate of duty (£25.68 per 9 litre case) and VAT (15%), an IB price of £200 equates to £259.53 tax paid, and £400 equates to £489.53.
All prices are for 12 x 75cL bottles, although a very high proportion of offers are for cases of 6.
Some wines have a single merchant offering the product, sometimes at a price that appears to reward their exclusivity; these I have marked with an asterisk *
It is disappointing that the Sogrape houses are once again virtually absent from the UK market.

Re: 2007 UK release prices
Tom, how typical a selection is this for a general declaration in the UK? I haven't followed one before, and have been surprised that some of the big names have not been offered by very many merchants (or at all).

Re: 2007 UK release prices
Jacob, there are more declared wines (I think) than ever before, but the number being offered by the UK trade looks broadly similar to 2003
Very surprising that only one merchant is offering Cockburn, and none are offering Martinez..
