The first three posts split from the mis-named thread October 2010 - A Diagonal Repeated by jdaw1.
Tongue out of cheek now: Friday night works just fine and thank to Alex for taking lead.
How about a more casual event at The Crusting Pipe on Saturday night the 16th too, for anyone who wants to come and was not able to make the first night or those that want to do both?
No hard theme (blind or not blind that night ... don't care) everyone just bring one fine bottle from your cellar. No age limit going back in time but maybe we put the youngest bottles at 1977, but "open Port categories." Feel free to break out your ancient Crusted Ports, Colheitas as well as fine VPs. What do you guys think ... about a round 2? It is not like we (Andy & I) get there more than once every year or so and it would be great to maximize our time with you guys.
This could easily be split off into a seperate thread by the master, JDAW1.

Count me and Nicos in too please. For whatever events are taking place on Friday and Saturday.

Please put me down for these too - cannot guarantee at this stage whether I'll be in London on those dates, but it should be doable.
Look forward to meeting you Roy - at last.

Roy, I have put this into my calendar too - I will struggle to make the Friday (childcare commitments make that difficult) but with such few opportunities to meet up with North American based friends, I think I can get a pass!
