Thinking about it, I don’t think I drunk any particularly bad Port in 2009, even on my white Port binge in Oporto. Unless I’ve forgotten something, the only badly made Port was that first sample of 2007 Crasto (which turned out not to be the final blend at all); the other undrinkables were all corked or otherwise defective...
), although my domestic consumption remained quite stable at about a half-bottle a week.
