Vintage Port in the Boston Area

Post by duffman14 »

Dear Denizens of The Port Forum,

I admit it outright; I am a Vintage Port neophyte. I hope that you good gentlemen and ladies might be able to recommend a quality purveyor of Vintage in the Boston area. I am looking to get my feet wet, but I don't have unlimited funds. You understand. However, I am a man of impulse, and I have been known to purchase on a lark. I suppose that what I am asking, circuitously, as is my wont, is can you recommend merchants who have 1) variety of selection; 2) reasonable prices; 3) fly in a rara avis every now and again.

Sincerely,
The Neophyte

If you haven't already done so, I would suggest that you also post the same question on FTLOP.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
