Greetings and welcome

Greetings and welcome to the less formal port BB.

PS: I’m still envious of that picture of you holding the empty double-magnum of Taylor 1977.

Thanks very much for the welcome Alex and Julian. I'm looking forward to learning and sharing about Port.

Julian, after I opened that double mag of 1977 Taylor, I wished I hadn't sold the other two. Although the wine will probably last forever in that format.

All the best,
John

Great to have you here.

Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
