1965 Graham Malvedos

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

Red-mahogany in colour, with a pale rim. Sweet redcurrants and cinammon on the nose - quite complex and certainly attractive. Sweet and balanced entry, exemplifying mature port - beautiful balance of dried dates and golden sultanas. Very, very tasty. 91/100. Drunk 13 October 2011.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: Quinta das Carvalhas 80YO Tawny
