How about glasses? Should I shlepp some? Also, I've got a bunch of the 1995 Vargellas, not the VV, that I bought cheap. Should I bring it also?

Glasses -- i'm bringing all of my cases, and will post shortly if it will be enough or not... need to count.
Update: We are fine with glasses - i have 4 cases, more than enough

Somebody has made placemats, presumably.
Edit: I’m busy until 5pm CET (11am EST), and then busy again after 6pm CET (noon EST). If you need me to cope, have full and complete details (location, title, ports, people) in a single post before my 5pm.
