NV Cockburn Special Reserve

Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

Modest red colour, 90% opaque at the centre. Menthol on the muted nose. Modest and restrained entry, with lots of redcurrant and sweet fruit but very lightbodied. Dry and furry aftertaste, with a soft and gentle raspberry finish. An enjoyable effort. 82/100.
